Microsoft 宣布每部 Windows 11 電腦都是 AI PC
2025 年 10 月 16 日，Microsoft 在 Windows Experience Blog 發文，宣布推出一系列以 Copilot 為中心的更新，口號是「令每一部 Windows 11 電腦都成為 AI PC」。文章由消費者業務市場總監、執行副總裁 Yusuf Mehdi 署名。
這次更新的時機緊貼另一件大事：兩日前的 10 月 14 日，Windows 10 正式停止支援。Microsoft 等於在舊系統退場之際，替 Windows 11 換上一套新賣點。
Mehdi 提出 AI PC 應做到三件事：用文字或語音溝通、看懂畫面並提供指引、代用戶執行操作。
當日推出與預告的功能
Microsoft 把功能分成即日推出和先交給 Windows Insider 試用兩類。

Microsoft 表示，用戶以語音使用 Copilot 時，互動量是用文字時的兩倍。
代用戶操作電腦，Microsoft 自認仍會出錯
Copilot Actions 是這次最進取的部分。Microsoft 在同年 5 月已推出網頁版，可以代訂餐廳或網購雜貨；這次把它帶到 Windows 本機，讓 AI 直接操作桌面和網頁應用程式。
Microsoft 在文中坦言，這類 AI 代理功能會先從少數用途開始，用戶可能見到它「犯錯，或在複雜介面遇到困難」，所以需要真實環境測試。用戶可隨時接手，亦可查看 AI 做過哪些操作。
TechRepublic 在 2025 年 10 月 17 日報道指，這次更新把每部 Windows 11 電腦變成 Copilot 的中樞。Digital Trends 其後報道，大部分功能隨 10 月更新陸續推出，較進階的功能則在其後數個月才到達用戶手上。
一年後
一年後的 2026 年 10 月 7 日，Microsoft 再舉行 Windows 發布活動，主打「hybrid intelligence」，把 AI 工作分配到本機模型和雲端模型。PCMag 當時評論指，Microsoft 仍然沿用「令每一部 Windows 11 電腦都成為 AI PC」的說法，但新功能先落在 Copilot+ PC 上。
